Return and Refund Policy
At Prinjal, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be reused. Therefore, returns or exchanges will not be accepted once the product has been opened or used after delivery.
2. Damaged Product Policy
If you receive a product in damaged condition (including breakage, leakage, or any other physical damage), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
A complete unboxing video proof is mandatory for verification and claim approval.

Return, replacement, or refund requests will be subject to verification and approval by Prinjal.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
The following cases will not be covered under this policy:
- Damage caused due to negligence
- Improper usage
- Incorrect application or handling
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
4. Refund Process
Once the return request is approved and the product is received by us, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used while placing the order.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever is earlier.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days.
6. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Once the order has been shipped
- Once the goods have been sold and delivered
- For opened or used products
- If cancellation is requested after the allowed period
